After much R and D we decided to start rebuilding 19-24 Cummins Engines in house and addressing the known issues. We have the blocks custom machined to fix the common block warping issue. We utilize components from the more reliable 2018 and older models. These older platforms have a superior track record of reliability compared to the newer engines. By replacing the hydraulic roller lifter setup with solid lifters, adjustable rockers, and performance camshaft. We enhance both reliability and performance. Issues with the 5th Gen Cummins Engines:
The 2019 and up years are known as the dark ages for Cummins owners. They have been plagued with so many issues.
1. The blocks were lightened up approximately 75 lbs lighter. The material removed was taken from the most critical parts of the block and therefore the blocks warp and cause engine bearing failure.
2. They went to a hydraulic lifter and 30 weight oil.

1. You may need to install a 4th gen flywheel depending on the year and configuration of pickup
2. Due to pickup variations flywheel and dampner are NOT included
